8 Easy Tips to Drink More Water and Be Healthy

We are living organism and living organisms need to drink water to stay alive. The human body is made up of nearly 60% water and serves as the foundation of all of our bodily functions. You can’t live without it. Water covers over half of the world and is in the food and drinks we consume.

When it comes to drinking water on a daily basis, some of us have a hard time drinking enough throughout the day. Most of the time we turn to soda and sugary drinks to stay hydrated. This has a very bad side effect on the body and should be avoided if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Certain health conditions can arise from a high sugar diet and lead to many diseases including high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and much more. 1. Infuse your water with some fruit or vegetables.
