Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my delivery?

For 5 gallon customers, your delivery is generally bi-weekly on the same day of the week. We will let you know in advance if this changes.

Other product deliveries vary and are usually communicated to you when we receive your order.

Do you charge for delivery?

We do not charge for regular deliveries.  The only time there is a delivery charge is when you need to have water delivered to you on a day other than your regularly scheduled delivery day. In this case a Re-Routing Fee is applied to your next invoice. only time we have a delivery charge is when you need us to make a special trip.

Can You Deliver to My Area?

We supply and deliver bottled water throughout all of the Phoenix Metro Area. We can serve most areas around Phoenix as far north as Cave Creek and as south as Maricopa. If you’re still unsure, please contact us to find out. Our full list can be found on our 5 Gallon Water page. However, we can ship out our custom labeled bottled water to any state nationwide, for a small shipping and handling fee.

Is Your Delivery Service Month to Month or Do I Need a 6 Month Minimum?

Unlike other water companies, our monthly plans have no long-term commitments and can be canceled at anytime by calling our office or emailing us directly at info@whitewaternow.com.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You are free to cancel any of our services at any time. However, if you receive 5 gallon delivery service, we require 30 days notice.

How Can I Pay My Bill?

We have multiple options:

  1. When we generate your invoice we email it to you with a clickable link at the bottom.
  2. You can log on to your customer portal and pay your invoice. https://whitewater.routestar.online/
  3. You can call the office between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm and we can take your payment over the phone.
Why does my bill total change sometimes?

Customers are invoiced after the last delivery of each month.  The amount on your invoice will depend on how many bottles of water you take for the month (please see question below regarding Monthly Plans for more details on how this applies to customers on Monthly Plans).

What does it mean to be on a monthly plan?

Customers on monthly plans receive water and a cooler (if applicable) at a discounted rate.  Your monthly fee is dependent on the plan you choose and is charged regardless of the amount of water taken.  For example, if you are on a 4-Bottle Plan but only take 3 bottles one month, you will still be charged for the 4-Bottle Plan.  If you take any extra bottles over the plan amount, you will be billed for each extra bottle (at a discounted rate) in addition to your monthly fee. If you find that the amount of water you signed up for is more or less than you need, please call the office so we can help you determine if there is a different plan that better suits your needs.

Because we deliver water every other week, you will typically receive two deliveries per month. However, there are two months out of the year in which you will receive three deliveries.  This occurs because the 26 bi-weekly deliveries that occur within a calendar year do not divide evenly across the 12 monthly billing cycles (Customers who get their delivery every four weeks will receive two deliveries two months out of the year). To offset the cost of these additional deliveries, you will be charged for the extra bottles taken during those two months at a discounted rate, to be applied to your monthly bill twice throughout the year. 

If you are going out of town or do not need water for the month, you may suspend your service as long as we are given 30 days’ notice.  Customers who are leasing a cooler and choose to keep their cooler during suspended service will be charged a cooler rental fee.  If you do not wish to keep your cooler during suspended service, please give us a call and we will make arrangements to come pick up your cooler.

What is the admin fee?

This is the only additional fee on your invoice. Instead of increasing our pricing, we added an Administration Fee to our monthly invoices to help offset the rising labor costs associated with AZ Prop 206. We offer a discounted Admin Fee for any customer who signs up for our auto-pay program.

How Is Your Water Different?

Our purification process is unlike most water companies. We use Reverse Osmosis, Ozone and UV disinfection systems to remove any microbiological or bacterial organism contamination to zero events or organisms. You can taste the difference almost instantly! Do You Supply Water Coolers?

Standard cook/cold coolers are supplied with our monthly 5 gallon plans, extra fees may apply for non-standard types.

What is Alkaline Water?

Alkaline water is water that is less acidic than normal tap water. To restore your body’s chemical balance, consuming alkaline water can help make sure you live a long and healthy lifestyle. You can learn more on our Alkaline Water page.

Are Your Bottles BPA Free?

All of our 1 gallon and small bottle products are BPA free.

For 5 gallons, BPA free bottles are available upon request. We are in the process of phasing out Polycarbonate bottles. We only purchase new BPA free (PET) bottles. Once the existing polycarbonate bottles exit circulation, all our 5 gallon bottles will be BPA free.
