What is the admin fee?

This $3 charge helps us cover the expenses created by Prop 206. Instead of increasing our pricing, we added this monthly charge to customers we service.

This charge will appear as a separate invoice as we will not charge customers who didn't receive service of have equipment through us during that month.

Note that separate invoices may be paid as a group through our portal or by labeling mailed in payment by month (eg. July 2022). 

Autopays are now done electronically through our customer portal. Before this system, we were manually creating each payment for each customer on autopay, This increased the risk of errors, missed payments and was a time consuming process. Autopays are now done automatically on the last day of the month for all customers. The payment will cover open (unpaid) invoices. For example, if you received deliveries in July, the July 31st automatic payment will pay for those deliveries.

You don’t have to use our portal and the benefits it offers. A statement listing your open invoices will be emailed to you at the end of every month. You can still pay by giving your driver a payment or mailing in a check.

Previously, we combined your deliveries, rentals, and other fees by hand. With our new system, each delivery, rental, and fee is created independently to reduce errors and costs.

Our customer portal allows you to choose how you pay these invoices. You may pay specific invoices, a specific amount, or all invoices at once.

New 5 Gallon customers generally receive their initial delivery within one business week. You will be contacted within 48 business hours in order to schedule this day and time to ensure it works for you.

For recurring deliveries, your delivery is generally bi-weekly on the same day of the week.

Other products deliveries vary and are usually communicated to you when we receive your order.

You are free to cancel any of our services at any time. However, if you receive 5 gallon delivery service, we require 30 days notice.

We have multiple options:

  1. You can log on to your customer portal and pay your invoice.
  2. You can call the office between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm and we can take your payment over the phone.
  3. You can pay by giving your driver a payment or mailing in a check.

The amount on your invoice will depend on how many bottles of water you take for the month. Delivery invoices for water delivery service customers are created at time of delivery. Please note the date and time listed on each invoice. If any changes have been made since that time, those won't show on the invoice created during delivery. The balance listed on our customer portal will be based on the most up to date information.

Our purification process is unlike most water companies. We use Reverse Osmosis, Ozone and UV disinfection systems to remove any microbiological or bacterial organism contamination to zero events or organisms. You can taste the difference almost instantly! Potable water is the City of Phoenix Municipal supply. Purified water is the potable water treated via reverse osmosis. Deionized water is our purified water treated by deionization.

White Water currently has two trucks that can haul up to 3000 gallons at a time. We can do up to 3 trips in a day depending on the delivery location.
