- This is because you have already activated your account. Your username is the email you chose. If you have forgotten your username or password, go to the portal and click on Forgot Password/Username?
Your initial user id is your account number which can be found on your invoices.
After you have created your account, your account name is now your Email Address.
You can find your account number on your invoices and statements that are sent at the end of the month. The account number is in the subject line of the email as well as in the email. You will need this account number in order to activate (claim) your account the first time you use our portal. After that, you will use the email you chose as your username when logging in.

New 5 Gallon customers generally receive their initial delivery within one business week. You will be contacted within 48 business hours in order to schedule this day and time to ensure it works for you.
For recurring deliveries, your delivery is generally bi-weekly on the same day of the week.
Other products deliveries vary and are usually communicated to you when we receive your order.

You don’t have to use our portal and the benefits it offers. A statement listing your open invoices will be emailed to you at the end of every month. You can still pay by giving your driver a payment or mailing in a check.
Previously, we combined your deliveries, rentals, and other fees by hand. With our new system, each delivery, rental, and fee is created independently to reduce errors and costs.
Our customer portal allows you to choose how you pay these invoices. You may pay specific invoices, a specific amount, or all invoices at once.
